Sussex Ford main dealer Otters Ford closed down on Friday 10 October with the loss of 65 jobs. The company, based in Three Bridges, Crawley, had taken on the Daewoo franchise shortly before GM Daewoo took over the Korean brand's former wholly-owned importer.

The decision to close the business was made in favour of the sale of the land for residential development.
