The government-supported mobility charity Motability, which operates preferential finance provision for disabled motorists, has appointed Don Brereton as director, to succeed Noel Muddiman from the latter's retirement in January 2004.

Don Brereton is currently the director of The Disabilities and Carers Group at the Department for Work and Pensions.
