BMW is extending its free servicing and maintenance scheme to all new 3 and 5-series diesel models for a limited six-month period.

The deal, which runs until the end of June, offers three years or 60,000 miles servicing and maintenance, including oil services, inspections, brakes, wiper blades and all labour charges.

It follows the success of the £500 BMW Concours on the 7-series – 95 per cent of customers have taken up the five-year service programme. The Mini tlc package, costing £100 is even more successful – 97 per cent of owners have bought one.

BMW has not ruled out extending the scheme for longer, particularly if it leads to greater sales success.

“The service and maintenance package, combined with the enhancements to our diesel range, create an unbeatable proposition,” says BMW GB managing director Jim O'Donnell.
