Ebbon-Dacs has added an automated follow-up service to its Integrated Showroom system which, it says, will boost sales for dealers.

Campaign Desk has been on trial with sister company Hartwells and has helped the dealer group to sell 12 cars in little over a week.

“The service helps dealers to turn people that leave the dealership into sales because it ensures they maintain communication,” says Adrian Moss, Ebbon-Dacs' international business director.

“Staff take information gathered through Integrated Showroom and follow it up to increase sales,” he adds.”
