Original equipment suppliers Sachs Boge has restructured. Independent sales and marketing consultant Derek Aldred is the new acting managing director until a permanent appointment can be made. He replaces Martin Hurley who leaves the company following a serious illness.

Derek Aldred will be supported by an executive team responsible for the promotion of a number of established brands. This includes Addy Doodt (UK sales manager, Cars - Sachs, Boge, Lemforder); David Mottershaw (UK sales manager, Commercial Vehicles - Sachs, Boge, Lemforder); Jerry Banks (marketing and product manager - Sachs, Boge, Lemforder); Richard Lee (supply chain, logistics & technical services manager) and Heather Whyment (finance manager).

Sachs Boge (UK) and LMI (GB) will continue to operate as separate companies in their own right.
