TWR Jaguar, part of the Sytner Group, has appointed Alex Matschy as general sales manager at the Cumnor Hill, Oxford, dealership.

The newly-created position is designed to strengthen TWR Jaguar's management team following its expansion into the larger premises. The dealer has also identified a need for team growth of 75% to ensure it maintains its level of customer service.

Mr Matschy takes responsibility for preparing the dealership for an expected surge in Jaguar sales, as more models are launched in new sectors next year.

He joined the motor retail industry 12 years ago, and has forged his career through car sales to senior dealership management level.
