Advertisement feature from Visitor Chat
After a successful pilot with selected dealer groups, Visitor Chat is now available to its customers advertising on MOTORS. Dealers now have the option to integrate a chat feature directly into their MOTORS advertisements. This enhancement aims to provide a seamless and immediate communication channel for potential customers, fostering engagement and helping to boost qualified leads.Visitor Chat’s agility, combined with MOTORS' drive for lead quality, has delivered impressive conversion rates for piloting dealers. Since officially launching at the start of 2025, over 250 dealers are now live with Visitor Chat which is expected to continue to grow throughout the year.
MOTORS is the latest platform to join Visitor Chat’s UNITY package as an additional option for dealers to extend their live chat coverage. UNITY by Visitor Chat was launched late last year to build upon previous consolidations of digital touchpoints and integrations into one seamless platform. This centralisation approach, along with newly developed features, will simplify how UK car dealers interact with customers online.
