Field Sales Representatives – Batteries after Sales Market

UK, Nationwide

Circa £31-38,000 Basic dep on experience + Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package

A fast-growing division of a well-established European Business Group of Industrial companies.

These newly created roles will require considerable Business to Business sales development experience.

Experience of selling into and developing the product market place with any of these sectors; Motor Factors, Garage, Spare Parts Distributors, Agricultural, Leisure & Marine Parts Distributors sectors is essential

Previous track record of success and experience of selling oils, lubricants, batteries or automotive consumables would be ideal. Consideration will also be given to commercially minded individuals such as experienced motor mechanics wanting a new challenge or internal sales representatives looking for their first field opportunity.

You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Building rapport and trust with potential clients is paramount. You should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Active listening and effective communication are vital tools in this role as you will need to understand Client needs and tailor solutions to meet them.

With the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, you will be Self-motivated with a results-driven approach aiming to achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company. Providing accurate and timely sales reports to management. You must be up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

You should also be proficient when using CRM software and other sales tools.

You must have a willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Exceptional Time Management and Organisation Skills are required as you will need to cover a wide territory. You should efficiently maximise Client interaction.

Finally, resilience and perseverance are essential as rejection and setbacks are inevitable in field B2B Sales.

Your remit will require you to visit 5+ prospective customers per day as you strive to develop your portfolio of businesses.

The roles will be home based with significant interaction with your Director.

Roles available in the South West, Wales, Midlands, M4 Corridor, North West of England.

Field Sales Representatives are required to cover the following locations;

Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea, Swindon, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds

Min 3 years’ field sales Business 2 Business experience is required

You Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year basic
