Connected Car App Developer

Expleo are working with a major Automotive Manufacturer in the UK, who are looking to recruit a Connected Car App Developer, to join their team on a contract basis. The role is based within a major Automotive Research and Development facility in Bedfordshire.
You will monitor App performance including Implementing a feature-by-feature App performance monitoring system, to ensure the App meets performance goals and user expectations.
Responsibilities of the Connected Car App Developer include:
* Benchmarking to analyse the latest industry trends, emerging business models and technology opportunities
* Collect and analyse customer feedback data with a view to improving the App's user experience, aligning it with customer behaviour and preferences
* Create detailed test cases for App features - supporting local testing of global features in the App
To be considered for the Connected Car App Developer role, you will have the following experience and skills:
* Ideally Degree qualified in Engineering or Computer Science
* Background as a Product Owner in the IT Industry
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall processes
Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture is desirable but not essential.
You are required to hold a valid driving licence and must be willing to travel globally when required.
