After Sales Manager and Product Demonstrator - Ireland

Location of the Job: Ireland, Home-based position.

The Company: My client is a leader and provider of Agricultural Machinery.

The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Agricultural Tractors, Heavy Machinery.

The Job Role details:
You will be the main point of contact for dealers, to provide technical product support and demonstrations for the full product range of Agricultural Machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
You will;
Work with both dealers and sales staff to enhance customer loyalty through providing customer service support on farm and at the dealership.
Assist the dealer network with on-farm demonstrations of Agricultural Machinery and installations as and when required.
Provide training to individuals and groups on the whole range of products, including training the dealer network to demonstrate machines on site.
Manage the Irish demonstration fleet to ensure it is maintained to high standard, location tracked and serviced as required.
Develop long-term working customer relationships for long term.
Attend exhibitions and shows to represent the company and product range.
Continually update your knowledge with regards to company products and keep up to date with industry developments and trends.

Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have / be;
An Apprenticeship in Agricultural Engineering – or equivalent.
Proven experience of performing service repairs in a similar sector.
Excellent diagnostic ability.
Able to train, teach and coach dealer service staff in how to repair and maintain company products.
Technical knowledge of Agricultural Machines – ideally Tractors.
Experience with precision farming practices including: Autosteer, ISOBUS and RTK.
Skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to repair Agricultural Machinery.
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, relationship building skills and IT skills.
An inspirational leader and team player.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
Reporting directly to: Managing Director.

Salary package:
A highly competitive basic salary is on offer, depending on experience.
