We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our clients successful business in Camberley.
You will be responsible for leading the customer services function, managing all aftercare and post purchase requests from customers, issue and organisation.
As well as managing an established department there is a big opportunity to put your own stamp on things, develop and add real value to the bottom line. This is an exciting career prospect to emerge into a senior leadership role in a relatively short time if performance and delivery occurs.
Title: After Sales Coordinator
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Camberley (Office based)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
Offering a high level of customer service
Manage customer warranties and the allocation of parts required
Working alongside the Operations Manager to arrange the distribution of resources
Manage installation calendar for the sales team
Look for opportunities to enhance or improve operations efficiencies in the businessAttributes:
A positive can-do outlook and a proactive work ethic
A strong articulate communicator with a practical problem-solving mindset
Experience in a fast paced and sometimes challenging customer services role will be essential to this role
