Manheim and Motors.co.uk parent Cox Automotive UK has launched the established Modix and Xtime brands into the UK automotive retail market designed to bring a range of new retail solutions for dealers.
Modix provides manufacturers and dealers with tools, data and services to help them market their cars and their business to customers, using digital solutions customised around customers’ businesses.
Xtime is a retail automotive industry integrated retention solution, based around ensuring excellent cutomer service. It helps dealerships and OEMs to maximise their profitability through "better retention, deeper brand loyalty and increased customer spend".
The combined retail solutions group will be headed up by Martin Forbes, managing director of retail and media solutions at Cox Automotive UK.

Modix and Xtime join existing Cox Automotive brands in the UK, including Manheim, Motors.co.uk, NextGear Capital UK, Dealer Auction and Movex.
