Listers Group has appointed Joyce Pavier as Motability account manager across its four Honda dealerships.

Pavier will be working across Listers Group’s Honda dealerships in Coventry, Northampton, Solihull and Stratford-upon-Avon after taking up her role as specialist advisor to Motability customers.

She brings a wealth of customer service expertise to the role from her experience as operations manager at business outsourcing specialist SITEL. During her 20-year tenure, clients included British Gas, Waitrose, Disability Rights Commission and Carbon Trust.

Pavier said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Listers family at such an exciting time for the company.

“I will be focusing on helping to improve the customer journey and buying experience for Motability customers and I’m looking forward to implementing changes to make the buying process more streamlined and simpler to understand.”
