Jardine Motors Group has launched the latest evolution of its website with a renewed focus on the connected consumer made possible by a partnership with GForces.
The third-generation of Jardine’s website has been launched today (March 9th) and includes a complete redesign of both group and franchise homepages.
A new direction for the site focuses on providing digital tools and engaging content that delivers an even more dynamic user experience, a statement said, with the buying and ownership journey for both new and existing customers is now almost solely conducted online.
Alex Brown, head of digital at Jardine, who is among the speakers at AM's forthcoming digitech conference, said: “We are hugely impressed with the results of the latest ‘user-first’ redesign.
“The depth of insight provided by GForces and how they have used it to optimise the user journey and experience is clearly evident, and we are already seeing the results in terms of improved conversion.”
Jardine and GForces claim to have adopted a “user first” strategy with the new website.
more straightforward layout, easy to navigate menu and a fully responsive setup delivering mobile, tablet and laptop users are all part of the design.
Another aspect has the integration of CAP valuation services for market-accurate, transparent part-exchange pricing, and iVendi finance products that allow users to research funding their vehicle, providing an even more comprehensive customer-focus.
AM digitech takes place at Coventry's Ricoh Arena at April 27th. For more details, click here.
