Desira Group has expanded its business with the introduction of its first MG Motor UK dealership.

The new showroom, in Diss, East Anglia, takes MG’s UK car retail network to 82 sites.

Desira MG will offer the full range of new and used MGs from its Diss showroom, which houses eleven new MG cars.

The retailer also operates Fiat and Citroen franchises from the site.

It now represents ten franchises at eight locations across East Anglia.

Network expansion is one of MG’s two key strategic pillars for volume growth in the UK, the second being new model launches.

Last year, the brand launched the MG ZS compact SUV the new MG3, which went on sale in September.

MG says it is continuing its search for new dealer partners to further expand its network.
