Andrew Hartshorn has joined Swansway Chester Citroën as sales manager.

He has been in the industry for 22 years.

Hartshorn said: “The motor trade’s in my blood now and so is Swansway. I was previously sales manager at another Swansway centre, but, left to work at a site that was plc owned.

“The difference between working for a family owned and run business and a plc is marked and I realised that I really wanted to get back to that family feeling; so, I was delighted to return to Swansway at the Chester Citroën centre”.

Swansway Chester operations director Andrew Wakelin, added, “Andrew comes on-board at a time of great change for us; the steels are already up for our new-build centre, which is on Bumpers Lane, opposite the Chester FC stadium, a far better location and sure to bring more footfall”.

The new centre is due to open in 2016.
