Three Mercedes-Benz Retail centres have united to open a pop-up store in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre.
Mercedes-Benz Birmingham Central, Mercedes-Benz Solihull and Mercedes-Benz Tamworth are displaying a selection of brand vehicles, including the Mercedes-AMG GT super car.
Part of the UK’s largest official Mercedes-Benz retailer, the pop-up shop was visited by 2,450 shoppers on its opening day on Monday.
This follows the success of a similar activity at Westfield Shopping Centre, East London.
Adam McCullagh, general manager for Mercedes-Benz Birmingham Central, said: “Opening our pop-shop at the Bullring is a great opportunity for us to get even closer to customers.
“The arrival of Mercedes-Benz Retail Group to the Bullring will give shoppers the opportunity to get up close to the latest models and ask questions in between shopping for their other favourite brand names.”
Mercedes-Benz Retail Group UK is a wholly owned retail subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz UK that is made up of 22 sales and aftersales sites, eight used car sites and 14 Smart centres in Birmingham, London and Manchester.
