Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK has announced a restructuring of its senior management team.

Network development: Lee Titchner (pictured) has been appointed network development director, responsible for FCA dealers in the UK and Ireland. He moves from his previous role as head of FCA UK’s Mopar division to oversee the dealer network.

Fiat/Abarth: Alejandro Noriega has been appointed country manager, Fiat and Abarth, and will oversee retail sales and marketing for the two brands. He was previously head of the Fiat Professional brand.

Fiat Professional: Richard Chamberlain is the new country manager, Fiat Professional, responsible for all business activities of FCA UK's commercial vehicle division. He joined FCA in November 2016 from Renault Trucks, and has experience at both OEM level and dealer retail, having also worked for Inchcape Mercedes as national corporate manager.

Mopar: Sebastiano Fedrigo has been named as the new Mopar service, parts and customer care director. He previously headed up the Fiat and Abarth brands in the UK and Ireland, and will now leverage his passenger car and commercial experience to grow Mopar, its products and its services, in this country.

Jeep/Alfa Romeo: Previous country manager for both brands, Damien Dally, has moved to a role in FCA HQ, Turin. His replacement has yet to be announced.

“I am delighted that the new structure of the company is now aligned with the needs of both our customers and dealer partners,” says Ashley Andrew, FCA UK managing director.

“We have the right people heading up these particular departments, with great teams in support, totally focused on the growth of FCA in the UK and Ireland.

“With an exciting and growing range of cars and vans, and with even more new models on their way, I am confident FCA will continue to grow and succeed.”

The changes come with immediate effect.
