Lings in Lowestoft has taken on the Mitsubishi franchise at its Lings Wharf site.

The Mitsubishi dealership is part of a multi-million refurbishment at the five-acre site and it will open on July 28.

Paul Barkshire, a director at Lings, said: “Lings and Mitsubishi is a natural fit and we’re very enthusiastic about the future.

“Everyone at Mitsubishi is passionate about what they do and that is the same with us here. This is part of our ongoing plan to grow the motor industry in Lowestoft. There’s a lot of regeneration going on here now so it’s an exciting time for us and an exciting time for the area.”

Lings employs 95 people across five sites with Honda and bike showrooms in Lowestoft, Watton, Harleston and two in Ipswich.
