South West-based dealer group Wessex Garages has been shortlisted in three categories at The Post Business Awards, organised by the Bristol Post newspaper.

With outlets on Pennywell Road and Feeder Road in Bristol, Wessex is hoping to retain the prize for customer service and scoop the gongs for large business and innovator of the year.

Keith Brock, managing director of Wessex, said: “We won the customer service award last year and have recently introduced the Reevoo Feedback System, which is an independent online review system.

“We have grown and prospered during extremely tough economic conditions and are looking at opening a new dealership at Cribbs Causeway in 2013.

“Earlier this year we launched a service known as Wessex Vision to send customers a video by email showing the work required. We are hoping this will help us take home the innovator award.”

The winners will be announced on 26 June at an event hosted by former Blue Peter presenter Valerie Singleton.
