Newton Honda has been recognised by its manufacturer for giving an outstanding performance in customer excellence in the UK.
Honda held a gala event to praise the efforts of its dealer network and the awards are part of a new initiative to further improve service levels in dealerships across the UK.
Honda is now benchmarking the levels of customer service offered by its dealers against companies like John Lewis, Waitrose and Apple Computers.
Aaron Pennington, Newton Honda dealer principal, said: “This award means a lot to all of us, everyone has worked really hard to always deliver on the promises we make to our customers.
“I am very proud of all the team here at Newton Honda and we are looking to consolidate on this improvement and be even better in the future.”
