Isuzu has increased its dealer representation in Northern Ireland with the appointment of Downey Cars in County Down.

Kenyon Neads, Isuzu UK brand manager, said there were also 11 more 'hot prospects' that the manufacturer is looking to appoint this year to take it on its way from its 75 dealers to a maximum of 100 in the UK.

Neads said: "Many see Isuzu as a comfortable ‘bolt-on’ to an existing franchise. Set up costs are sensible with many aftersales and servicing opportunities."
