Volvo has announced specification and pricing for its new XC60 crossover vehicle, which goes on sale this autumn.

Buyers will be able to choose from two diesel engines and a turbocharged petrol, and three trim levels; S, SE and SE Lux.

Prices start at £24,750 for the 2.4 litre diesel with a six speed manual gearbox.

A six speed Geartronic automatic gearbox is available for £1,400 extra, and comes as standard on the T6 petrol.

Communications, winter and driver support packs will also be available across the range.
