Sytner Group has appointed Concept to project manage the development of a £4m Audi showroom in Bradford.

The 10-car showroom situated on a 30,000 square-foot site last month received detailed planning permission. Enabling works will begin shortly and building will start in summer or autumn 2007.

Anglo Holt will provide contractual, architectural and design services.

The dealership also has 15 workshop bays, including an MoT facility and will also house a parts department and offices.

Craig Raymond, Senior Project Manager for Concept said: “Although this is our first project directly for Sytner we have successfully managed around £45 million of work for Audi. It is this track record which helped secure the latest contract.”

Concept is also involved in the building of the world’s largest Audi centre, a £30m project at Great West Road in Middlesex.
