David Jeggar will step down as HR Owen’s finance director tomorrow.

Jeggar will be replaced by Michael Warren, who is a chartered accountant and has been the group financial controller for HR Owen since 1993.

The HR Owen board said: “We would like to thank Jaggar for the invaluable contribution he has made to the company over the last 15 years, and we wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
