Rybrook Holdings has bought Conwy Land Rover and Jaguar for an undisclosed sum in its first partnership with the 4x4 brand.

The acquisition allows Rybrook to expand its reach in Wales, which also includes a Bentley and Honda dealership in Cardiff.

The dealer group now has a full portfolio of Premier Automotive Group (PAG) brands which includes Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo.
