Kent property specialist, Kitewood has been granted detailed planning permission for phase one of a major automotive dealership park development next to the M40 at Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Construction of the first two units on the 5.5-acre site will begin imminently and should be complete by summer. A further three units will follow.

Kitewood director, John Ayres says: “Negotiations are currently under way with a number of franchisees and interest is strong, especially among those not currently represented in Banbury.”
