Lance Owen Group has opened a £1m all-makes aftersales centre in Byfleet, Surrey.

The new 23,000 sq.ft site facility has 23 work bays, including 23 for commercial vehicles and houses £1.5m of parts stock.

The centre is currently an authorised repairer for Vauxhall, Saab, Daewoo and Chevrolet, and the facility has spare capacity for other brands. Lance Owen has also been appointed Delphi distributors, and stocks all-makes parts for retail and trade sales.

A range of customer focused offers are provided including out-of-hours servicing, and a 60-minute express service. The group will also prepare up to 3,000 new and used vehicles from the centre for its seven sales operations.

Managing director Lance Owen says: “We believe this to be the first operation of its kind on this scale. The centre is attracting considerable interest from retail and fleet users. After just one month of operation it is very clear that the demand for multiple brand service and repair is significant and untapped.”
