Car Care Plan managing director Tim Heavisides has been promoted to chief executive. He said: "These are exciting times for the group. In the past year we have gained warranty programmes for Fiat, Renault and CarLand and established a pan-European call centre in Italy." He is replaced by group finance director Simon Wright, who has been with the company for nine years. Lynn Bradley is promoted to head of CCP products and marketing. Me Heavisides said a new group finance director would be appointed shortly. He is also looking to employ a head of business development for the motors insurance division. "The broadening of our senior management team reflects our success and will ensure our current momentum is maintained," he said.
