Mercedes-Benz dealership Portway has appointed Mike Sands as dealer principal. He succeeds Mike Lishman who left to join another Mercedes outlet.

Mr Sands joins the Milton Keynes dealer after 12 years at DaimlerChrysler's head office in nearby Tongwell. He said: “I aim to provide the best-ever service and make the entire Mercedes-Benz motoring experience a long and happy one for every customer.” Portway was acquired by DaimlerChrysler last year, becoming its third UK dealership.
