More than 100 executives from motor manufacturers and franchised dealer groups have registered for the first Automotive Management People Fair on November 16.
Professionals operating in human resources and training will attend the one-day event at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire (close to M40 junction 12).
Topics to be covered include recruitment, development and employment law. Keynote speaker is Dr John Knell, head of research and deputy director of futures at the Industrial Society.
Other speakers are John Kiff (Cardiff University Lean Enterprise Centre), Trevor Syrad (Castrol), David Combes (LawData) and Lynda Steele (Automotive Business College). Tony Willard, Automotive Management editor, said: “We held two extremely successful IT Fairs this year and have now transferred a winning format to the training, recruitment and development sectors. The initial response suggests People Fair will also be a winner”.
