Workshop Controller - Bolton

Our client, The best Motor Trade Employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller:

The main responsibilities of the Workshop Controller will include:

• Maximising the productivity, efficiency and utilization of the workshop.
• Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop.
• The allocation of jobs to the technician's dependent on duration, skill level and job requirement.
• Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorized by either the warranty controller or the manager.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sales processes

A full clean driving licence is essential.

Hours of work typically for the Workshop Controller are:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm

Saturday on rota 8am to 12.30pm (1 in 2)

Workshop Controller salary is £31,700 basic £35,700 OTE uncapped and VERY achievable
