Vacancy - Trainee Sales Executive (New and Used) - Birmingham
Basic - £17k with a very realistic OTE after initial training of £40-£45k
5 day working week:
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Sat - 8.00am - 5.00pm
Sun - 10.00am - 4.00pm
A fixed day off in the week and weekend on weekend off.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our client's state of the art prestigious dealership as a Trainee Sales Executive in the Birmingham area.
Selling new and used cars, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from the outset, full manufacturer training will be provided.
The role:
* Selling our full range of vehicles both new and used
* Maintaining customer records and ensuring follow-ups are completed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
* Ensuring all sales are fully compliant
* Becoming a brand ambassador
* Marketing of vehicles and pitch display
* Providing high levels of customer service
* Following our Sales process
* Managing KPI's
About you:
* Minimal car sales or some previous experience in the world of sales would be massively advantageous for this role
* Process driven with the ability to adapt to the sales process
* Team player
* Excellent communicator both written and verbal
* 'Can do' attitude
* Goal orientated
* Must hold a valid driving licence (no more than 6 points)
