Are you an efficient Sales Ledger Assistant looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment? Would you like the opportunity to work for the South West's largest automotive dealership group?
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to be based at our Shared Services Accounting Function in Exeter serving our Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Ferrari and Peugeot brands. This is a fantastic & exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking a permanent position, working as part of a team, with variety and responsibility within a friendly environment.

- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Duties and Responsibilities will include (not exhaustive):
- Chase Overdue Debtors ensuring debt is within Group Terms
- Review and send Debtor Monthly Statements
- Review Receivables Ledger
- Process Ad Hoc Payments
- Post Daily Banking
- Reconcile Daily Credit Card Receipts
- Process Receipts Received
- Daily Bank Reconciliations & Review
- Review & Control Aftersales Cash Debtors
The ideal candidate will be:
- IT literate, particularly in Excel
- Willing to learn new systems and assist in any of the teams when necessary
- Capable of a high level of attention to detail
- A good communicator
- Kerridge CDK or another DMS knowledge advantageous
- A positive team player, able to liaise on all levels
