A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor.

As part of a great  team, our Parts Advisors are key to the relationships we have with our client base and to the success of our business. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, taking care of them from when they walk through our doors, to when they head home is our main focus.

Your role will include:

• Identifying parts required for service and repair work
• Liaising with Technicians and Service Advisors
• Managing parts stock
• Supporting warranty claims
• Assisting Service Advisors

The ideal candidate will work well within a busy team, as well as independently, and have great attention to detail; Main Dealer experience would be preferred but not essential. The Company

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk. In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change! However, one thing has always stayed the same, our hard work and commitment to our customers!
