Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Commercial dealership located in Huddersfield and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive. As our new Sales Executive you will join our friendly team which will see you working 5 days 8.30am to 17.00pm which equates to 40 hours per week within our approved DAF Commercial dealership.
The rapid evolution of today’s commercial vehicles and technology keeping them running means that first class training for apprentices involved in the vital sales, service and maintenance of these vehicles is more important than ever. This new opportunity gives you the chance to join the select group of Sales Executives assisting in selling some of the most modern, sophisticated vehicles on the road keeping the country running.
We require an experienced Sales Executive who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure our customers purchase the correct vehicle for their needs. As our Sales Executive you hold an important position within the business in providing an excellent service to our customers to assist in keeping commercial vehicles on the road.
Main duties will be:
* Manage our customers’ expectations of Brilliant customer service when dealing with sales enquiries in person, over the phone or via email.
* Drive the sales process through to completion championing the use of Reef for all customers.
* Drive the sales process to completion by ensuring all vehicles sold have extras agreed and vehicles are ready to handover to customers.
* Manage the progress of each of your deals sold ensuring customers are provided an update.
* Manage handovers to customer by providing quality customer service both internally and externally.
* Ensure the pitch is of a high standard at all times working with in a Team.
* Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email.
* Dealing with customer queries.
* Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers buying a vehicle.
* To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
* To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing.
* To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
* To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
