White Label Recruitment are currently working with a market leading Engineering Manufacturer in the Coventry area, who are searching for a Customer Service / After Sales Coordinator to join their busy team!
This is a fast-paced, lively, and rapid environment which will require a determined and efficient person to deal with any incoming administration tasks, customer queries and complaints.
The Role:
* Offering exceptional customer service and care throughout the entire sales process
* Offering responsive and proactive solutions to resolve any issues in a timely manner
* Undertaking consistent administration tasks to support with the sales process
* Promote the sales of the business’ product range
* Supporting Customers with post sales queries, such as wrong delivery, late delivery, product issues, returns etc.
* Processing invoice queries through to conclusion within the allotted time frame
* Supporting the team with improving processes
Person:
* Fantastic customer service skills and experience with proven track record
* Must have longevity throughout your career
* Ability to work under pressure and in an extremely busy environment with proven record
* Ability to prioritise tasks and jump from one to another as needed
* Great communication and relationship building skills
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Enthusiastic and bubbly personality which will fit well within the team
The business is looking to pay circa £25k per annum but may flex for the right candidate, along with a highly competitive package.
