Adecco Crewe are currently recruiting for an After Sales Support Executive to join a rapidly expanding company for our well established client based in Northwich. Where no two days are the same, you will be joining a fun, fast-paced environment with a hard working team, supporting the sales account managers with their administration duties and ensuring that good customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Some of your responsibilities will include: Liaising with customers on a daily basis, maintaining data on a CRM system, creating accurate and detailed quotes, accepting and preparing sales orders for processing, logging and managing returns, and other general administration duties. There will be no cold calling involved in this role. After the probation period, this can become a hybrid role.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer care environment with strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
