We have an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Manager to join a friendly and welcoming family run, tourism and leisure business in Bridlington.
Working in a relaxed and dynamic environment, you will focus on ensuring the customer has an excellent experience, whilst supporting and leading the team to success.
If you are a hands on manager, who enjoys working with the public, is empathic and confident to lead conversations, then we want to speak with you.
Some of the After Sales Manager duties will include:
Managing 2 After Sales Administrators
Handling Claims, speaking with insurance companies and manufacturers
Dealing with warranty administration, involving various manufacturers
Providing quotations for repairs
Ordering parts from a number of suppliers
Booking services into the workshop
Handling Motorhome hire's
Speaking to customers, resolving any complaints or complex queries, keeping a good customer relationship
Working with the Workshop ManagerThis will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm. Some flexibility could possibly be made if you want to work 4 weekdays plus a full day on Saturday.
With this being in the Tourism & Leisure industry, there may be requirements to work on a bank holiday, however you will receive a day off in lieu for this.
This will be earning a competitive salary of at or around £32,000 depending on experience. Along with this you can expect, free on-site parking, free tea & coffee, and 15% discount in their shop!
