Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Coordinator to join our professional and established client, based in Larbert. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a company who are well regarded in their field.

Working as part of a fast paced and busy team your duties will include:

Liaising with customers and any required subcontractors to ensure all issues are dealt with accordingly.
Ensuring that all remedial works are carried out at agreed times and completed to the required standard.
Producing and maintaining the relevant documentation relating to the customer care issue.
Providing feedback to the technical teams.
Assisting and managing costs of chargeable and non-chargeable works.
Working week is of 37.5 hours, these hours are worked Monday to Friday flexibly, between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm, at the managers discretion.
You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role within the construction and house building sector however customer service experience from other sectors will also be considered. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to complete tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
