Our client, an innovator within the car buying field, is looking for an experienced after sales administrator to join their team.

Your remit is to support both the Sales function with regard to assisting and supporting the Sales Function ongoing, ordering New Cars with the correct specifications and making sure all paperwork is done correctly for all cars that are sold. You will have a very keen attention to detail, someone who likes to see things through from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong administration & communication skills. You will be a team player as well as being able to work independently all while maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating vehicles to be delivered to branches within set deadlines
Updating in-house computer systems
Ensuring all new and used car vehicle stock including vehicle funding is kept up to date
Invoicing of new and used vehicles
Splitting and auditing deal files, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the accounts department and sales manager
Keeping an up-to-date registration list
Liaising with colleagues to resolve any problems i.e. stock take issues, customer queries, debtor and creditor issues
To complete dealer transfers with external companies, this includes requesting and accepting transfers on the relevant manufacturer system
Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles
Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls
Process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, vehicles removed from stock lists and any necessary payments received
Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records
Completing company spreadsheets and chasing manufacturer payment queries
