Revive!, Assurant ink five-year deal to offer cosmetic car insurance

An exclusive five-year deal has been struck to provide Revive! Auto Innovations' cosmetic car insurance to over 3,000 dealers who offer Assurant warranty products.

This partnership will deliver a variety of products covering bodywork scratches, dents, and alloy wheel damage through Assurant's channels, including manufacturers, franchised and independent retailers, as well as in collaboration with RAC branded warranty and aftersales products.

Based in Rugby, Revive! operates a national network of 50 SMART repair franchisees and plans to recruit 180 new technicians and increase annual sales to £40 million by 2028.

The company has experienced significant growth in the past year, with a 32% increase in retail sales, 27% in dealership sales, and 21% in national accounts.

"This trend is largely driven by the fact that, post-pandemic, many people are driving older cars and are keen to maintain their appearance.
