UHY Hacker Young has expanded its automotive team further with addition of Paul Dobson into its management team. 

The Manchester based chartered accountancy group has been involved in over 40% of automotive transactions in the UK, most recently the sale of Wokingham Motors and the acquisition of Who’s Ace Holdings LTD by Vertu Motors.

Now Dobson will work alongside leading sector specialists David Kendrick and Paul Daly moving forward as part of a team also comprised of Lee Collins, Matthew Hodgson and Richard Higham. 

He said: “I am delighted to be back working with my ex-colleagues and believe that the UHY team offers something unique and different in the market place. After specialising in the sector for over 14 years I am excited by the new challenge and opportunities ahead.”

Dobson has been dedicated to the automotive sector for the last 14 years at ASE Plc, during which time he has developed a keen interest in corporate finance.
