AM's digital marketing conference returns in February with a revised format including a wider range of masterclasses and more dealer speakers on the main stage.
Masterclasses will be led by a host of digital marketing automotive experts with specific industry knowledge covering a wide variety of topics from finance to website success.
Dealer insights are always well received by conference delegates and as such efforts have been concentrated here to provide an extensive array of digital experiences.
Charlotte Murray, head of digital at JCT600 will talk about the group's website relaunch which included extensive consumer research and views of its employees as part of the development process.
Neil Smith, operations director, at used car supermarket Imperial Cars will talk about the company’s experiences after its website was duplicated in a cyber scam and how it accelerated the website's evolution which now includes documentation of all used cars advertised for maximum transparency.
AM managing editor Tim Rose said: “Every year our Digital Marketing Conference aims to deliver clarity, understanding, new ideas and pinpoint latest developments to help dealers implement the best digital marketing strategy possible. Digital developments move on at a terrific pace making it challenging for dealers to keep up. Our conference is a must for anyone involved in or has a strategic role in a group’s approach to digital.
“Digital marketing is the lifeblood of the business, attracting customers to the business in the first place through to retaining customers when it comes to service and repair work as well as to buy again when it is time to change their car. Meanwhile, opinions of customers on review sites, forums and in social media are massively influential on a consumer’s decision to use a business.
"As ever, AM’s digital marketing conference will cover the latest developments in this fast-moving arena. Do join us for what promises to be, yet again, a day of new thinking, insights, trends, statistics, facts and figures.”
