Pendragon’s Evans Halshaw business has increased its service plan renewal rate by 50% after using an outbound sales team.
Evans Halshaw worked with EMaC to contact customers whose existing service plan was coming to an end. The team makes multiple contact attempts to help ensure maximum customer contact to secure a sale.
