Motorpoint has teamed up with Clyde 1 to give away free fuel to motorists next week in Glasgow.

The car supermarket, which opened its site in Mount Vernon 10 years ago has joined forces with the radio station to celebrate the anniversary.

The promotion, which runs every week day between September 8-12, will see one person win £250 worth of fuel each day on the Breakfast Show with George Bowie, Monday to Thursday.

Also, on the Friday Motorpoint will be rolling back the price of petrol to a certain year live on air and giving the first 100 motorists the chance to fill up their cars for a fraction of the normal price at a secret location somewhere in the city.
