The former Epsom Motor Company site, in Epsom, has been re-let.

Rapleys and Bridger Bell have just completed the letting of the former Suzuki/Chrysler dealership to The Recruit Group (TRG).

The property was previously a purpose-built MG Rover dealership that following the collapse of that marque had refranchised as Chrysler Jeep and Suzuki. 

The property became vacant when Epsom Motor Company went into liquidation. TRG are operating the property to provide the hire, sale, maintenance and storage of HGVs.

“Demand for motor trade premises in Epsom and the surrounding areas remains strong with this letting and Kia opening nearby (Shelly Motors),” said Mark Frostick from Rapleys.

Jonathan Hillman, of Bridger Bell, said: “Epsom is now the established Centre for the motor trade in the Surrey area with representation for the majority of main dealerships.”
