Marshall Motor Group has appointed a new HR director.

Helen Burrows will take up the role on October 1.

Previously Burrows was HR director for UK & Ireland at Selecta AG, one of the largest suppliers of vending machines in Europe, for six years.

She also worked for 17 years at Inchcape, where she held a number of roles, including head of HR for its Ferarri and Maserati distribution business and latterly as head of HR for the UK retail businesses.

Helen Burrows will be succeeding Carole Burman who has been with Marshall for more than nine years.
