Chris Marsh has been made Nissan GB aftersales director. He takes over the position from Robert Lujan who has been appointed managing director of Nissan Netherlands.
Marsh said: "We have a major task ahead of us to grow customer retention in an increasingly competitive after-market that is currently price and value driven in the eyes of the consumer.
"I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and working with the dealer network to ensure our shared goals of customer satisfaction and profitable business growth are achieved."
He was previously dealer network strategy manager. Most recently, he was responsible for the rollout of the EV network for the electric Nissan Leaf.
Since joining Nissan in 1992, Marsh has worked in a variety of sales, after sales and marketing roles, including marketing communications manager and as a regional operations director.
