Accident management firm WNS Assistance has launched a ‘rapid repair’ service in partnership with members of its approved repairer network.

This service will enable WNSA to further help its fleet clients ensure that vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

Vehicles entered under the scheme will be collected, repaired and returned to the driver within a single day.

The range of damage that can be dealt with as a rapid repair can include any panel type, with major services such as wheel alignment also possible due to the extensive range of facilities available.

All work carried out under the scheme will be fully guaranteed for 5 years, and drivers will be provided with a free courtesy car to facilitate mobility while their car is briefly off the road.

Tim Rankin, managing director of WNS Assistance, said: “Rapid repair represents a major new initiative for WNSA that will not only be of great value to our existing clients, but will also be a powerful tool to help us secure new business.

“I am delighted at the support we have had from members of our approved repairer network in bringing this service to the market, and enabling us to offer driver convenience, reduced downtime and a high quality repair.”
